Dale Carnegie Training performed a study of 1500 workers in the United States. The purpose of the study was to identify what specific actions individuals and organizations can take to create and maintain Engaged Employees.
The study’s findings identified that managers who focus on employees and building relationships with them are highly likely to have engaged employees. From a senior management perspective employee relations are key. Employees need to believe in senior management to be fully engaged.
