    Sincere interest in other people’s problems is a personality trait, and while leaders can change methods, ideology and even religious beliefs, changing personalities is a very infrequent thing. Thus, it is rather unfeasible for individuals who don’t fit such a personality type to become genuinely interested in people. At most they could show interest in others in the same way that many politicians do.
